How much is postage?
All UK orders over £60 are eligible for FREE standard delivery, orders under £60 will be charged at a standard rate of £3.99. We also offer Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked for £6.99 or FREE for orders over £200.
If you are local to Barrow-in-Furness, we also allow pick up from our office at 5-7 Harrison Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1JF.
We ship to all countries of the world. We do not offer free delivery outside the UK. International shipping is sent tracked and is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. For reference the following prices will apply to international orders:

How long will it take to get my item?
Orders placed before 1pm Mon - Fri will normally be sent out the same day. Most orders will be sent out via Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days to arrive. Larger items may be sent via courier and can take 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time during busy times such as Christmas.
What payment methods to you accept?
We currently accept payments by all major credit and debit cards VISA, Mastercard, American Express etc. You can also pay through Paypal , Amazon Pay or Apple Pay.
Do you have a wishlist facility?
Yes, simply click “add to wish list” on any product listing to add it to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist by clicking “wishlist” on the top right of the page or on the banner at the top of the page next to my cart.
How can I tell when a product will be back in stock?
If an item is out of stock, there will be a box on that product page where you can enter your email address. Once the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.
Can I pre-order a new release?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer pre-orders as many of supplier will not allow this as part of their terms of sale. It would be unfair and hard to implement on only certain products, so for this reason we will not be offering a pre-order service.
What brands do you stock?
We currently stock a wide range of product from a number of US brand which you can find here
We are always looking for new brands to stock and are in the process of adding others to the list which will be added as soon as possible.
How do I know if the item is in stock?
We only advertise for sale the items we have in stock. If the items are available to add to your basket, we have them in stock ready to send out the same day.
If an item is out of stock, it will tell you on screen and allow you to enter your email address to be notified when it is back in stock.
Will you stock this brand?
If you have a brand you would like us to stock send us an email or message us on facebook and I’ll look into it.
However, there are some companies that we will be never be able to stock as the manufacturers either do not wholesale them or do not allow online only stores.
