How much is postage?
UK Delivery
Orders over £60 qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery .
Orders over £200 qualify for a FREE upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 .
Orders under £60 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide from the UK. International orders are sent using a tracked service, with shipping calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
For customers in the EU, any applicable tax and duty will be shown before checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We normally dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday on the same working day .
Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, with delivery usually taking around 1–3 working days after dispatch. Please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods, such as Christmas and major new releases.
You'll receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Do you have a wishlist?
Yes! Simply click the heart icon on any product to add it to your wishlist.
You can access your wishlist at any time by clicking the heart icon at the top of the website.
How can I tell when a product will be back in stock?
If an item is out of stock, you'll see a Notify Me option on the product page.
Enter your email address and we'll automatically let you know when it's available again.
Can I pre-order a new release?
No, we don't offer pre-orders.
As stock availability from our suppliers can sometimes change, we prefer not to take payment for products until we know they're on their way to us.
New releases are added to the website as soon as they're available to order.
What brands do you stock?
We specialise in bringing a wide range of US papercrafting brands to UK crafters .

We're always looking out for new brands and regularly add new ranges to the website.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If you can add an item to your basket, it's in stock with us here in the UK unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
We don't advertise products for sale that we don't physically have available.
If something is sold out, you can use the Notify Me option to receive an email when it's back.
Will you stock this brand?
Maybe! We're always happy to hear which brands you'd like to see at Bumbleberrys.

Some US brands don't offer wholesale accounts or already have exclusive UK arrangements, so unfortunately we can't stock everything — but suggestions are always welcome.
