I hope your enjoying your Summer Holidays, I'm lucky enough to be on a two week break and have been busy in the craft room. Organising, Creating and Decluttering.

Which has needed to be done for a long time. So any way on to this weeks card.

Bristol Smooth Card Stock (Strathmore)

Mounting Foam (3M)

6 x 6 " Card Blank (Cards United)

Method

Stamp your images onto your Bristol card stock in your black ink. Next using your pencils colour your images. Once die cut add detail and high light with your fine liners and jelly roll pens. Leave these to one side.

Directly on your card blank stamp out your scene. I used a Misti to line up my images. Then colour in the one balloon and the confetti.
Also add string from your balloons to your bears paw, with your Micron pen . Using the celery ink and a blender I added my grass.

Next blend your mermaid ink over your stamped bear.

Next mount your die cut stamped images, with mounting foam and add them on top of your images on your card blank. Add a little bow to teddy's hand.
Stamp and cut out your sentiments.
Add mounting foam to the Happy Birthday only. Glue the smaller words straight on to the card with no dimension added.
As you can see you will have different dimensions on your card adding interest to your work.

I do hope you have enjoyed this blog post.
Happy Paper Crafting
