All UK orders over £60 are eligible for FREE standard delivery, orders under £60 will be charged at a standard rate of £3.99. We also offer Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked for £6.99 or FREE for orders over £200.
If you are local to Barrow-in-Furness, we also allow pick up from our office at 5-7 Harrison Street, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1JF.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will normally be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days to arrive, larger items may be sent via courier and can take 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time during busy times such as Christmas.
We ship to all countries of the world. We do not offer free delivery outside the UK. International shipping is sent tracked and is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
For EU orders under €150 VAT will be applied at the time of ordering under the new Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) at the VAT rate set for your country. For orders over €150 and VAT, Duty and other import fees will be liable on import and will not be collected by us.
Import taxes for all other countries are the liability of the customer.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please include a note with your return to include your name, order number (if known) and the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, due to change of mind.
For faulty products the cost of the return postage will be added to your refund up to the standard rate for Royal Mail Tracked , we will not be responsible for any additional extras should you choose Special Delivery or next day courier. For larger returns for example any of the Spellbinders machines, we may be able to send you a returns labels.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are not responsible for any lost returns and you will need to make a claim directly with Royal Mail.
