Colour popping florals! PinkFresh Studio Magnolias

 

 Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. Why not add some colour popping florals to your cards? It is so easy when you use bright contrasting colours within a triad of colour on the colour wheel. What's more you can easily keep it simple in the remaining techniques as the colours do all the work! Here we're working with the Magnolia PinkFresh Studio stamp with a geometric hot foil plate to add a little more contrast to the card. Let's get started!

 First, hot foil with the your Glimmer Machine the PinkFresh Studio Art Deco hot foil plate in Matte Gold Hot Foil onto a piece of Adriatic Hero Hues Cardstock. Trim this down and add to a card base made of out the same coloured cardstock. 

 For the florals, stamp the Magnolia PinkFresh Studio stamp set in embossing ink onto 3 card panels using the following colours: Nautical, Adriatic and Mustard Hero Hues. Cover this with gold embossing powder and heat set. 

 Next, use the coordinating Magnolias PinkFresh Studios coordinating die to cut the stamped images out. Using foam pads, add the flowers onto the card, ensuring you balance the colours. Add small florals/leaves in the brightest colour to add the pops of colour to contrast against. 

 Add a foiled sentiment onto Nautical Hero Hues cardstock. Lastly, embellish with gold sequin discs to finish the card.
