Colour florals quickly with colouring stencils - Altenew Hello Beautiful

Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. I've been away for a bit but I'm back today with some gorgeous florals using the Altenew Hello Beautiful Craft Your Life Kit. Craft your life kit comes with everything you need to make a stunning cohesive card. However, today i'm showing you that it can also pair beautifully with other items in your stash. What is great with the craft your life kit is the stencils that come with. This allows you to colour florals quickly with colouring stencils and no pen, pencil or paintbrush is needed! So let's get started. 

Start off by heat embossing the florals from the stamp set in the Hello Beautiful Craft Your Life Kit. Once heat set, use the colouring stencils to help colour the florals in. These are numbered 1-5 and the stamp set insert shows how to layer these up to colour the florals in. 

The colours used on this card are: Serenade, Drive-in, Melon Ice and Lime Ricky. Once coloured, use the coordinating dies to cut the images out. 

For the background, dry emboss a trimmed card panel with the Herringbone Tiles 3D embossing folder and foam mount on to a card base. Add the florals, layering these over one another with foam pads for added interest and dimension. 

To finish the card off, add a sentiment using the Celebrating you stamp and die set from PinkFresh Studio in Black Jack ink. Lastly, embellish with clear drops around the sentiment and florals.
