Paper Glitz is a new medium with an unbelievable amount of shine and sparkle. It can be used alone or paired with other mediums such as Paper Glaze or Paper Glaze Enhancer. You can use it with a sponge or palette knife through a stencil or directly to paper. Paper Glitz: Sparkle can be mixed with other mediums to bring life and sparkle to your projects. A small amount is all that is needed to create projects with incredible sparkle.
