The Bunch of Balloons Stencil Pack is bursting with crafty fun! Between these five stencils you can create an all over background full of overlapping balloons, a cluster of balloons, stenciled 'hooray' or 'yay' sentiments, and to top it off there is a large balloon with an option to add stripes.
