Fun edgy cards rainbow style - Catherine Pooler stamps & dies

Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. These two fun cards: rainbow style were very easy to create. The Ink Splat background from Catherine Pooler designs creates fun edge cards in no time, but pair it with a rainbow and you have a match made in heaven! I've used embossing glitter, copics and nuvo drops to add the rainbow, but you can easily switch these up for inks, paints and embellishments! Using Prismacolor Pencils in your cardmaking with Pinkfresh Studios

Using Prismacolor Pencils in your cardmaking with Pinkfresh Studios

Happy Monday friends! Today I’m sharing a set of cards using Prismacolor Pencils and Miss Your Smile Stamp set by Pinkfresh Studios.  I’ve only ever used my pencils once before and that was on navy card so it was so fun to try something new! I love to throw myself into the deep end and just go for it!  This stamp set is mahoosive and perfect for slimline cards, however, I wanted to use my pencils and knew it would take me a lot longer to color the image so I picked a 3.5 inch square of the stamp to...

Loose colouring with watercolour markers! (Altenew and PinkFresh Studio supplies)

They are very pigmented as is, or you can dilute with water for a softer palette.  When creating the card, I thought the loose sketchy feel of the PinkFresh Studio You Are My Favorite stamp set was perfect for loose colouring with watercoloyr markers.  This bright fresh card is giving me all the warmth of summer! Clean and Simple Marbled Blooms by Altenew

Happy Monday, crafters! Can you believe we're already in June?! Sometimes it feels like we're in some sort of time loop and I don't know what day it is, let alone what month!  Summer is just around the corner and it's been lovely to have lighter evenings. I live in the countryside so my Dennis and I have been taking a late walk every day. He's a jackabee and loves to explore as much as me.  We've seen some beautiful florals recently and it's made me want to try out my new stamp and die set from Altenew, Marbled Bloom. ...

Well Hello and Welcome, Being Half Term this week means I get a little more of my day to myself, So for me its spent heading to the craft room with coffee in hand. On the week of  Wednesday, the 12th May, I touched on how to find your own style by rating your work, making piles of your favourites.
