This A2 cover plate die cuts out a charming balloon bouquet, including three traditional balloons plus one each of a star and heart shape. This die offers double the options - cut out a full card base with with open spaces to create a shaker card or dimensional shape, or use the balloons by themselves for a fun feature element.
