Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. Do you love to ink blend, but want to get that soft delicate look? Well, why not try the new Altenew Ink Blending tool. This tool creates beautifully soft ink blending will no harsh lines, and you don't have to start off the paper either! This tool is great for emboss resist technique to create soft ink blending rainbow florals. With a little tweaking, I've used the Tulip stamp set from Waffle Flower to create an elegant rainbow slimline card, so let's get started.

To start off, trim a piece of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80lb cardstock down to 8 1/4" by 3 7/8". Place this inside your MISTI stamping platform and then place a piece of Heffy Doodle Memo tap a third of the way up the panel to mask to bottom of the card off.
Next, place one of the tulips stamps over the panel at one end and stamp this in embossing ink. Repeat stamping the tulips, using both stamps from the set and change to position and orientation of added interest.
After stamping, cover this with white embossing powder and heat set, but do not remove the memo tape. Next, get a selection of soft rainbow inks to create the ink blending. Using the ink blending tool, softly apply ink over the embossing in a circular motion.
Keep repeating the ink blending going through the rainbow of colours. Once the ink blending is complete, use a dry cloth to buff the heat embossing to remove any excess ink sat on the heat embossing.
Adhere this panel onto a white card base made out of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lb, measuring at 8 1/2" by 4 1/8". Stamp a sentiment from the ALtenew Sentiment Strips 2 stamp set onto black card in white embossing powder. Heat set and foam mount this onto the front of the card.
Lastly, add a few clear Nuvo drops to finish the card off.
