Simple Halloween Card Using Lawn Fawn's "Spooky Village" Stamp Set!

brodiecreations Bumbleberry Papercrafts Cards Claire-Anne Brodie Die Cutting Halloween Halloween Card Lawn Fawn Spooky Village Stamping

Hello lovelies!
I'm back this week with another simple Halloween card, this time using Lawn Fawn's "Spooky Village" stamp set! I personally love these village sets that Lawn Fawn release, they're great for scene building!
I  used my Misti stamping tool to stamp the entire set using Gina K's Amalgam Jet Black ink and coloured my images with my alcohol markers. I added some highlights and details using a white gel pen and fussy cut them out.
I used the largest of Mama Elephant's "Basic Rectangles" Creative Cuts to cut a panel from matte black card stock and one from black glitter card stock. I used the second largest of the "Basic Rectangles" Creative Cuts to cut the centre from my glitter panel and a panel from white card stock, I also cut a matte black panel using this die and trimmed it down so it would adhere as a thin strip across my white panel. Using Scor-Tape I  adhered my glitter frame to the matte black panel, inlaid my white panel in to the frame and adhered my black strip across my white panel.
I adhered my pumpkins, headstones and the two houses close to the edges flat to my panel with Scor-Tape and popped my middle houses up with 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape. I secured my panel in to my Misti and stamped my sentiment and the bats using Gina K's Amalgam Jet Black ink before adhering the panel to my card base.
Thanks for reading lovelies! I'll see you next week with another card.
Claire
