Birthday Card Using Avery Elle's "Peek-A-Boo Scary Pals" Stamp Set!

Avery Elle Birthday Card brodiecreations Bumbleberry Papercrafts Claire-Anne Brodie Die Cutting Peek-A-Boo Scary Pals Stamping

Hey lovelies!
I'm still working on building my birthday card stash back up at the moment and wanted to share this card I made using the adorable "Peek-A-Boo Scary Pals" stamp set from Avery Elle! I only used the dinosaur character for this card but there are plenty to choose from!

I started by cutting two panels from white card stock using Mama Elephant's "Basic Rectangles" Creative Cuts, I cut a small window in my smaller panel using Honey Bee Stamps' "Double Stitched Circles" Honey Cuts. I stamped my images with Gina K Amalgam Jet Black ink using my Misti stamping tool. I coloured them with my alcohol markers, added details and highlights with a white gel pen before fussy cutting them out.
I used the balloon stamp from the set to stamp all over my larger panel in a random pattern using Gina K Amalgam Jet Black ink again. I coloured them with my alcohol markers and added details using a white gel pen.
I ink blended a panel big enough to fit behind my window using Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink and sprayed it with my Distress Sprayer. After I cleaned up the excess water I adhered it to the back of my panel using Scor-Tape, before popping my dino in place and adhering my images with Scor-Tape also. I adhered my smaller panel to the centre of my patterned one using 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape, adhered my panel to my card and added some orange Nuvo drops for embellishment.
Thanks for reading lovelies! I'll see you next week with another card.
Claire
