Altenew Ninja Invasion - Jen Kray

Altenew Cards Diecutting Stamping

Hi everyone! It's the start of another week and for me, that means a
Monday morning blog post for Bumbleberry Papercrafts! Today I'd love
to share my very first post as a Design Team Member- a set of cards
made using the Altenew Ninja Invasion stamp & die
I was stoked when I received this set and love Altenew products. It's
been ages since I did any stamping so thought these would be fiddly
but after a few minutes of stamping it was super easy.
Here are a few photos of the the stamping and die cutting the first card.

Once I'd cut my little ninja out I wanted to make a simple background
and this MFT stencil is just perfect!
And I also used the same colour inks to make border layer as it really
makes the card pop.

The little swords I stamped AFTER I die cut. This was easier to do. I
heat embossed with silver to make the swords look metallic.
After I'd worked out my placement, I stamped the sentiment directly
onto the card front, adhered the ninja with foam pads and added
Nuvo sequins.
I didn't really want to stop so carried on and made a few more cards.
This is a really simple A2 card.
I used the Never Give Up stamp Set from Altenew for the sentiment
and the bamboo tree and of course stamped and die cut two of those
handsome little ninjas.

This card is one for the girls again using one of the gorgeous little
ninja's.
I made a couple background papers with a horizontal stamp on with
Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide, and Moonstone Glimmer Paste on
the other. I then die cut the letters hi-ya and coloured them with distress
inks and used a small distressed circle stamp with Picked Raspberry
Distress Oxide for a cute and funky look.

I've given her a light pink sash for just a touch of colour. Can you see
the magical effect the Moonstone Glimmer Paste has?! It's perfect for
this feminine card.

I added some Nuvo Confetti just to finish the card off nicely and
mounted it onto an A2 black card base.

A little bonus of something I am working on. Look at that gold glitter
embossing powder for the swords!

And here is a few photos of the trio of cards I made.
And a full-length photo completed the set nicely.

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my first blog post for
Bumbleberry today and I'll see you every Monday at 09:00.
